This is the exact spot that the garage will be, so my Tesla is feeling quite at home. 

We are so blessed, as the City of North Vancouver just completed a brand new paved lane behind our property complete with storm sewer. 

The trees are just magnificent, towering over the creek and illuminating with sunlight every afternoon.
