Framing is coming along fast ! The basement walls are in, as well as the main floor!

Our builders are pre-fabricating many of the main walls of the house off-site at their assembly yard. This innovative approach to construction allows for faster and more efficient construction, as well as ensuring the highest level of quality. The entire wall system is detailed in a computer aided manufacturing system which is able to output framing specifications that are accurate to the millimetre. Walls are also manufactured complete with all insulation, and waterproofing, saving time and improving site safety. When the walls are installed they are literally ready for external siding. Stay tuned for next week when all the walls for the main floor will be installed in 1 day as they are craned in.
