Real World LEGO

This one really got Kane excited!

An innovative and leading edge technology in home building is the use of Integrated Concrete Forms (aka ICF’s) – these lightweight molded forms create composite walls consisting of both interior and exterior insulation, and 8″-10″ of poured concrete in-between.

They really do look like real-world LEGO™ which is fitting, as Naikoon reserved the last major piece of the ICF for Kanes LEGO room.

The awesome Naikoon crew are always such a pleasure to work with.  In this photo is Roger, James and Dan.

It’s going to be one BIG CONCRETE POUR coming up, as they will be filling not only the ICF’s but also the forms for the landscaping planters, and the Coach House footing walls.
