The Kitchen is centre of activity in any home, at Summerfell we’ve made it not just the centre but one of the most central features. We’e learnt from our current home that 95% of all entertaining happens in the Kitchen, and in particular at the Island. Our Island will measure almost 14′ long and offer seating on 3 sides, for up to 9 (perhaps more) people. The entire island is made of Ceasarstone Raw Concrete, and will be cantilevered on a central steel frame. 

To the west of the main kitchen is our Wet-bar that will feature 2 Fisher & Paykel integrated fridges, one dedicated entirely to social beverages!  The backsplash of the Wet-bar is a window that allows glimpses of the front garden through the Architectural screening.

Sitting at the island you’ll have a great view out over the deck to the Mosquito Creek Forest.
