It’s a Tree House!

Our roof deck is shaping up to be stunning, at a height of 30′ above the back yard it truly feels you are above-it-all and living in the trees. 

Today was our first time walking around on deck, and we were delighted with the views and sunshine. Particularly how the afternoon sun illuminates the large cottonwood trees to the east, it is really beautiful with the sound of Mosquito Creek beyond. 

Sitting in the hot tub is going to be magical, and at this level there is total privacy. There will also be a pergola with electrically controlled louvers over the hot tub for year round enjoyment. 

There will be a walk-out access from the main house and stairwell on the north west corner.
